Entry-Level Executive Assistant (EA) – Virtual Assistant

  Experience Required: 3+ years in an administrative support role Shift: Morning Shift Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day admin tasks, scheduling, email management, and data entry.
  • Conduct basic research and prepare meeting notes.
  • Assist in handling simple client or customer correspondence.
Tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, Canva, and others Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Have a strong internet connection with a minimum speed of 60 to 120mbps (wired is preferred)
  • Good working laptop or desktop, headphones and a video camera
  • Availability to work based on the required schedule
